what is growth track?

The Harvest Church Growth Track is a three step class where you will find your unique and purposeful place in the body of Christ. At Growth Track, you can expect to learn more about Harvest Church, get connected, and find opportunities to make a difference in our world. 

step one

become a member

Step One is your introduction to the heart of Harvest Church. Every family has a story, and in this class, we invite you into ours. You’ll learn about the history of how Harvest began, the vision that has guided us, and the values that continue to shape who we are today. We’ll also walk through how our church is led and governed, what we believe, and why those beliefs matter. This step is designed to give you a clear picture of who we are as a church family, so you can see where you fit in God’s bigger story here at Harvest. Our hope is that as you get to know our heart, you’ll also catch a glimpse of God’s heart for you and His desire to use you in His kingdom. During step one, you will have the opportunity to become a member of Harvest Church.

discover your purpose

Step Two is all about you. We believe God created each of us with a unique design—gifts, passions, and personalities that reveal His purpose for our lives. In this step, you’ll take a closer look at how God has wired you and discover the strengths He’s placed inside you. Through tools and conversation, we’ll help you identify your spiritual gifts, learn how they connect with your personality, and begin to see the bigger picture of how your design points toward your destiny. Our heart is to help you walk confidently in who God made you to be, so you can live with clarity, purpose, and joy.

join the mission

In Step Three, we bring it all together. Once you’ve discovered the heartbeat of Harvest and uncovered your unique design, the next step is stepping into your calling. This class will connect you to the many opportunities at Harvest where you can use your gifts to make a difference. Whether it’s serving on a team, investing in the next generation, leading in worship, or reaching out through local outreach, Step Three is where you find your place in God’s mission through Harvest Church. You’ll not only see the impact you can have on others—you’ll also experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from living on mission. Our goal is to help you move from simply attending church to becoming part of the story God is writing here.
